  • Ingredients:
  • 300 gr 00 flour
  • 210 gr of sugar
  • 180 gr of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 gr of white yogurt
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 gr liquor
  • 20 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 125 gr of white yogurt

1) In a bowl, pour the eggs and sugar and mix vigorously.

2) Add the butter, yogurt, baking powder and salt, then continue mixing.

3) When the mixture is well blended, sift in the flour, and mix again until smooth.

4) Divide the mixture into two bowls: in the first, add the liqueur; in the second, the sifted bitter chocolate. Then mix the two compounds separately.

5) Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan, 24 cm in diameter, alternating white and chocolate mixture.

6) Continue until all the mixtures are used up.

7) Bake in a ventilated, preheated oven at 170° for 40 minutes.

8) When cooked, remove the cake from the oven, allowing it to cool.

9) Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
